Titanium dioxide TYTANPOL®

Excess Rohstoffe GmbH distributes Titanium Dioxide pigments of the brand TYTANPOL® in Germany. This product is manufactured by one of the largest companies in the European chemical industry, the Polish Grupa Azoty S.A. (AG), and is offered by Excess Rohstoffe GmbH as official work agency in Germany.

The site of Grupa Azoty S.A. is located north-west of Szczecin on the Oder River with its mouth into the Szczecin Lagoon. The transport connections by road and rail are excellent, so that just-in-time deliveries – especially for Germany – are possible.

Titanium White TYTANPOL®

is characterized by very good pigmentation properties and is used, among other things, because of its good optical properties and its easy dispersibility and weather resistance for

Transport, application and disposal of Titanium Dioxide pigments

are not subject to any restrictions according to ADR, IATA, IMCO or RID for international road, air, sea or rail transport.

TYTANPOL®

The precursor product to TYTANPOL® was developed by Police S.A. (now Zaklady Chemiczne Police S.A.) Grupa Azoty S.A. 30 years ago, manufactured under license from the German Kronos AG (the world’s fifth largest manufacturer of titanium dioxide pigments and largest producer in Germany). Through modifications and further development, Police S.A. own trademark rights, so that TYTANPOL® is now manufactured and marketed as an in-house product. It has received multiple awards and has already been named Product of the Year in Poland. Today, Zaklady Chemiczne Police S.A. employs 2800 people and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since July 2005.
